Wireless Network

Wireless Internet Access

FLDUSD - provides wireless Internet access at all of our campuses across the district.  Chromebooks are configured to automatically connect to the wireless network when in range.

We are working to expand our wireless coverage to the outdoor areas.

If students/guests wish to access the Wireless Network for their personal devices please connect to the FLDUSD-Guest Network.

For Staff, please connect to the FLDUSD-Staff.
You will then get window asking you to login with your District Google Account.  Sign in and you will see a splash screen asking to Allow Meraki to use your settings, click Allow and you are connected.

NOTE: You will be asked to connect every 30 - 45 days as time goes by.  If you are experiencing issues, try disconnecting from the FLDUSD-Staff and then reconnect.  If it asks for you to authenticate again, then you can sign in and you are connected.

IMPORTANT: Do not give out your Google Account Password, ever!  We will never ask you for this information.  Please ensure to never give it to students/staff/etc.

Wireless Network Issues

If you are having issues with the WiFi in your room please ensure that you are connected to the Access Point by going to http://ap.meraki.com.  Send us screenshots of the top and bottom halves of the page.  This will tell us which Access Point you are connected to.

If you have any questions or concerns about the WiFi in your room, please go to https://app.mytechdesk.org/signin to create a Workorder so that someone from the Technology Services team can look into it.
