NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 13, 2026 at 5:00 PM Pacific, or as soon thereafter as practicable, at a regularly scheduled public meeting of the Board of Trustees of FLDUSD which will be held in the Firebaugh High School Library Media Center/Room 301 at 1976 Morris Kyle Drive, the Board will consider entering into an agreement with Gridscape Energy Solutions, Inc., for the modernization of existing solar inverters on District school sites.

We will be having our REGULAR Board of Trustees Meeting on June 11, 2026 at 5:00 PM OPEN Session and Public Comment on Closed Session Items 5:20 PM or Immediately Following Public Comment on Closed Session Items - CLOSED Session 6:00 PM- Return to OPEN Session.

We will be having a SPECIAL Board of Trustees Meeting - Joint Meeting on May 28, 2026 at 5:00 PM - OPEN Session.

We will be having our REGULAR Board of Trustees Meeting on April 9, 2026 at 5:00 PM - OPEN Session and Public Comment on Closed Items - 5:20 PM or Immediately Following Public Comment on Closed Session Items - CLOSED Session 6:00 PM Return to OPEN Session.

We will be having a SPECIAL Board of Trustees Meeting - Joint Meeting on February 19, 2026 at 5:30 PM - OPEN Session.
